Dwarf Alberta Spruce Tree

Put it in a pot and use this cute conifer as indoor décor during the holiday season. It can even be decorated like a miniature Christmas tree. Then, when next spring rolls around, transplant it into the ground and allow it to become part of your landscape or topiary. As this slow-growing (2-4″ per year) spruce matures to its full height of 6-12′, its branches and soft but densely packed needles naturally form a cone shape with little to no pruning. The Dwarf Alberta Spruce can also be planted in a large, exterior container and thrive there for many years. Makes a formal statement and provides structure wherever grown. Deer tend not to eat the needles, but songbirds enjoy roosting in the branches. Comes in a 1 gal. container.
